1. Services

We provide vehicle detailing, paint correction, interior deep cleaning, glass treatment, and ceramic coating services at our Hyderabad studio. Each job is tailored to the condition of the vehicle and the package selected on our Services section.

2. Quotes & Bookings

Quotes are valid for 14 days and based on the vehicle’s inspected condition.
We may adjust the scope after paint-depth measurements and on-panel tests. Any change is discussed before proceeding.
Slots are confirmed after we receive your approval via call/WhatsApp or signed estimate.

3. Vehicle Condition

We request you remove valuables. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
We may document pre-existing defects (scratches, dents, repaints) via photos for transparency.
Paint correction aims to safely reduce visible defects. Some deep scratches, etching, or repainted panels may not fully correct without risking clearcoat integrity.

4. Payments & Taxes

Prices shown on the website are indicative for 2025 and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are accepted via UPI, card, or bank transfer. GST invoices are available upon request.
A booking fee may apply to secure weekend or holiday slots; it is adjusted in the final bill.

5. Warranty & Aftercare

We offer a 30‑day wash check on correction and coating services to address settling marks.
Ceramic coating durability depends on maintenance. Follow our aftercare guide for optimal performance.
Warranty excludes new damage (e.g., accidents, vandalism, harsh chemicals, automated brushes).

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the booking fee.
We may reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (power outages, extreme weather) and will notify you promptly.

7. Liability

We take great care with professional tools and procedures. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Photos & Testimonials

With your permission, we may capture before/after photos for documentation and marketing. Registration numbers may be obscured on public posts. You can withdraw consent anytime.
